Returns & Replacements

We only offer replacements if:

• The item arrives damaged or defective.
• You received the wrong item or design.

• Provide your order number and clear photos of the issue.
• Once approved, we will send you a replacement at no extra cost.
• You do not need to return the defective item.

Non-Returnable Items

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Incorrect size selection (please check our size guide before ordering).
• Change of mind or buyer’s remorse.
• Items that have been worn, washed, or altered.

Cancellations & Refunds

Since orders go into production quickly, we can only cancel an order if it has not yet been processed. If you need to cancel, contact us at info@zynovamarket.com as soon as possible.

We do not offer cash refunds, but in special cases, we may provide store credit at our discretion.
